NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Mary Jane Watts, 66, of Vidalia, who died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015, at the Columns Nursing Home in Jonesville, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Christopher Kenney officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Watts was born Dec. 8, 1948, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Jazy Lee Maher and Lessie Twiner Maher.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ferriday.
Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Watts Sr.; one grandson, Johnathon Stewart; one brother, Jazy Lee Maher Jr.; and two sisters, Ivy Elaine Smith and Lela Faye Bland.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Watts and wife, Melissa, and David Watts, all of Vidalia; three daughters, Lisa Ann Watts of Ferriday, Angela Khan and husband, Sohail, of Jacksonville, Fla., and Janee Theriot and husband, Corey, of Vidalia; two brothers, Joe and Edward Maher of Mississippi; five granddaughters, Sydney, McKenzie, Sirin, Zara and Cambree; and seven grandsons, Christopher, Daniel, Noah, Trey, Brennan, Baron and Callen.
Pallbearers will be Corey Theriot, “Tojo” Champion, Christopher Johnson, Trey Watts, Noah Khan, Lanny Bass, Jay Bland and Sonny Champion.
