ACWORTH, Ga. — Memorial services for Carol Ann Hjertstedt, 86, who died Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at Brookdale Senior Living in Kennesaw, Ga., will be 1 p.m. today at Georgia Funeral Care in Acworth, Ga.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.

Ms. Hjertstedt was born Dec. 19, 1928, the daughter of Karl Sigurd Lindstrom and Alice Gustafson Lindstrom.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Evert Lindstrom; and her loving husband, Allen, of 55 years.

Survivors include three daughters, Alice Barth and husband, Daniel, of Kennesaw, Marsha Durham and husband, Gayland, of Dacula, Ga., and Janet Cloutier and Brad Fondren of Natchez; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, John Perrone and wife, Stephanie, and their daughters, Karina and Milania, Stephen Barth and wife, Marisa, Allison Allen and husband, David, Stefanie Butler and husband, Michael, and their sons, Riley and Zachary and daughter, Ashley, Monica Bone and son, Aubrey, Karla Bezou and husband, Jacques, and their sons, Jacques and Jean Luc, Laura Foley and husband, Courtland, and their son, Caden, and daughter, Ashlyn, and Braxton Fondren and son, Tristan; and special friend and companion, Alfred Kast and his daughter, Judy Hayes. We are deeply grateful for his big kind heart.
