Mr. and Mrs. Jeffery Goodman of Ferriday announce the engagement of their daughter, Bethani Rosayne Goodman to Joshua Andrew Douglas, son of Jacqueline “Jackie” Hughes of Clinton and James “Jimmie” Douglas of Vidalia.

The bride-to-be is employed by ChristLife Church in Natchez and Jeffery’s Flower Shop in Ferriday.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carby Paris of Ferriday and Mrs. JoAnn Griffith and the late Mr. William “Bill” Griffith of Gary, Texas.

The groom-to-be is employed by J&N Trophies in Natchez.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Margaret Watkins, the late Mr. James Watkins of Clinton and the late Mr. and Mrs. James “Slim” Douglas of Ruleville.

The wedding will be at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at ChristLife Church at the River in the Natchez City Auditorium, 207 Jefferson St.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
