FERRIDAY — Services for Janie Dykes Williamson, 89, of Ridgecrest, who died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, in Ridgecrest, will be 1 p.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday with the Rev. Elbert Sanson officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Mrs. Williamson was born July 9, 1926, in Smithdale, the daughter of Thomas Ewell Dykes and Alma Stone Dykes.
She was co-owner of Williamson Printing and Office Supply.
Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John R. Williamson; and three brothers, Raiford Dykes, Thomas Dykes and Bobby Dykes.
Survivors include one son, Wallace Olds and wife, Ruth, of Morristown, Tenn.; one daughter, Debbie Cowan and husband, James, of Ridgecrest; one sister, Annie Laurie Caston of Elizabethton, Tenn.; grandchildren, Trey and Wendy Olds, Brittney and Greg Winstead, John and Lori Olds, Adam Green, Will and Brandy Cowan and Dusti and Benjy Stowers.
Pallbearers will be Harold Cowan, Jeff Cowan, Jared Hedrick, Kenneth Hedrick, Kenny Crum, Jerry Crum, Gary Caston and Joey Merrill.
