VIDALIA — A Vidalia man was arrested Saturday after a woman allegedly found nude photographs of a relative on his phone.

Donald M. Tarver, 36, 124 Stuart Drive, Vidalia, was booked into the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Saturday on charges of video voyeurism, domestic abuse battery and false imprisonment. No bond has been set.

Vidalia police report that at approximately 11 a.m. Saturday officers responded to a call about a woman finding nude pictures of a relative on his phone.

Police police officers said Tarver admitted the phone was his and knew the photos were on it when they arrived.

The charges of domestic abuse battery and false imprisonment resulted from an altercation between Tarver and the woman when she refused to return the phone.
