FERRIDAY — Services for Rosie Lee Dison, 75, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, at her residence, will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Rufus Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Michael Reed officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dison was born March 1, 1940, in Lismore, La., the daughter of James and Elnora Walker Hawkins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Isaiah Dison; two daughters, Laura Dison Baker and Mary Lee Hawkins; and one sister, Adell Burns.

Survivors include one son, Umar Mustafa and wife, Ngadi, of Watford, Md.; one daughter, Margie Allen and husband, Leroy, of Madison, Ala.; one brother, Leo Stevenson Jr. of Tacoma, Wash.; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
