NATCHEZ — Services for Leonard “June” Ford Jr., 61, of Natchez, who died Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, at Natchez Merit Health Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Christian Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in Cannonsburg under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Ford was born June 5, 1954, in Natchez, the son of Leonard Ford Sr. and Mary Ford.

He was a carpenter with Live Oak Construction. He was Baptist. He enjoyed entertaining, watching sports and westerns.

Mr. Ford was preceded in death by his father, and one brother Ernest Lee Ford.

Survivors include his wife, Stella Ann Ford; his mother; one son, Jarrod Ford; one daughter, Cristi Ford Brazao; two stepsons, Jeff and Wesley Walker; three stepdaughters, Bunny Youmans, Shanelle Smith and Lynette Potter; one brother, Bobby Ford and wife, Denise; one sister, Betty Ford Washington and husband, Keith; one sister-in-law, Lillie Ford; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
