FERRIDAY — Services for Ben Taylor, 62, of Ferriday, who died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Camelot Leisure Living Home in Ferriday, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at St. James Baptist Church on Skipper Drive in Ferriday with the Rev. David Vaughn officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Taylor was born June 16, 1953, in Laurel, the son of Isaac and Helen Beatrice Polk Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a number of siblings.

Survivors include one sister, Thelma Mason of Laurel; one niece, Casandra Mason of Ferriday; and a number of nieces and nephews.
