WATERPROOF — Services for Albert Wayne Lee, 60, of Waterproof, who died Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at his residence, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Waterproof with the Rev. Larry Walters and the Rev. Curtis Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakley Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Lee was born July 22, 1955, in Buras, La., the son of Talmadge Claude Lee and Patsy Matherne Lee.

He served a number of years as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Waterproof.

Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother of Waterproof; three brothers, Daniel Lee and husband, Robert, of Lake Charles, La., Gregory Lee and wife, Vicky, of Waterproof and John Lee and wife, Lori, of St. Francisville, La.; two sisters, Brenda Richard and husband, Audie, of Waterproof and Laura Hancock of Vidalia; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jim Bob Hancock, Lance Richard, Tyler Hancock, Bobby Howard, Bobby Lee, Robert Lee, David Lee and Johnny Lee.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Sanders, Sambo Jones, James Lentz, Ray Mize, Clint Gandy and Tommy Hale.
