Russell B. Hazlip, 37, charged with two counts of simple assault attempt to create fear. Case remanded to files upon payment of $35 total to constable. Case dismissed after one year on both counts.
Lamar Collier Jr., 52, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of drugs. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493. Collier also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.
Lee V. Jackson Jr., 22, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Lakei T. Green, 31, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Tyanta Broadway, 18, found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523 with $250 suspended. Must pay a fine of $273.
Emma Gene Ratcliff, 64, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $648.
Christopher Stewart, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Patti Sherman, 55, pleaded guilty to trespassing less than larceny. Sentenced to 60 days with 56 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for four days served. Fine set at $650 with $200 suspended. Must pay a fine of $450.
