Mr. McLemore was born Jan. 2, 1953, in Cottonport, La., the son of Jack Hendrix McLemore Sr. and Bernice McLemore.
He was a lifelong resident of Vidalia and a retired attorney. His college preparatory education included the Concordia Parish school system and Cathedral High School. His college education included a bachelor’s degree and a juris doctor degree from Louisiana State University.
