Michael Washington, 60, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $537.27.

Kyeriea Bernard, 22, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Aaron Cloy pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $593.

Eriontoe Smith pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. Banned from store. Fine set at $673.

Erionte Smith pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. Fine set at $423.
