NATCHEZ — Services for Latonya Collins Mosby, 45, of Pearl and formerly of Natchez, who died on May 25, 2016, at University Medical Center in Jackson, will be at noon Wednesday at Word of Faith Ambassador’s Center in Natchez with the Rev. Gary Adams officiating.
Burial will follow in Pry’s Temple Baptist Church in Natchez under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home Chapel and 11 a.m. until service time at the church.
Memorial service will be from 5 to 6 p.m. today at Cathedral A.M.E. Church at 423 Northside Drive in Jackson.
Mrs. Mosby was born Oct. 15, 1970, in Natchez, the daughter of Gilda Collins Myers and the late Harry Grover. She was educated at South Natchez High School, graduating in 1988, and attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Her religious affiliation was to Cathedral A.M.E. Zion Church.
Mrs. Mosby was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother, Gilda Myers; brothers, Frederick Collins, Dexter Grover and Diawardrick Grover; sisters, Kim Grover and April Grover; a special friend, Monica Woodruff; and a host of other relatives and friends.
