NATCHEZ — Voters overwhelmingly elected Democratic candidate Darryl Grennell Natchez mayor Tuesday. With 6 out of 6 precincts reporting, the unofficial results show Grennell received 2,575 votes or 91.6 percent of the ballots cast to Independent candidate’s 236 votes or 8.4 percent of the vote.
