The Concordia T-Ball All-Stars saved their best complete game for last as they took care of the Bastrop All-Stars 26-15 in four innings to win the Louisiana Dixie Youth District 5 T-Ball Tournament championship.

Concordia scored seven runs in each of the first three innings and run-ruled Bastrop by scoring five more in the bottom of the fourth.

Several players for Concordia had 3-for-3 performances at the plate — Rylan Barfoot, Carter Clayton, Andy Keith, Jordan Morrow, Gage Stowers and Rankin Wiggins.

Those going 2-for-2 for the home team were Kennedy Harris, JaKyron Johnson, Bryce LaPrairie, Ryder Smith and Zanron Williams. Landry Tyson was 2-for-3.

Concordia went undefeated in its three games in tournament play and will look to continue its momentum Thursday in the first round of the state tournament in Ville Platte, La. The time and opponent for Concordia are yet to be determined.
