Four different Ferriday Gators pitchers combined to shutout Beauregard 15-0 in five innings Friday at the Dixie Youth softball tournament in Alexandria.

Bailey Book, Emma Whittington, Cassie Gonzales each tossed scoreless frames, while Jania Burns tossed the final two innings.

Tali Beard and Emily Waltman led the Gators offensively, combining to 7-for-7, including a double from Beard.

MacKenzie Landers was also a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate.

The Gators will be back action at 11 a.m. today against Pine Prairie.
