NATCHEZ — Services for Donis Marie Jones-Flowers, 59, of Natchez, who died Sunday, July 31, 2016, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Beginnings Baptist Church with the Rev. LeRoy White officiating.  

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Natchez chapel and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Flowers was born Dec. 5, 1957, in Natchez, the daughter of Edna Jones.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister-in-law, Peggy Causey-Jones.

Survivors include her husband, A.J. Flowers; three brothers, Raymond Jones of Milwaukee, Wis., Christopher Dunbar and Perry Grinnel, both of Natchez; one goddaughter, Freda Abraham of Natchez; special relatives, Barbara Ann Hutchins of Rocksport, Ill., Luberta Johnson of Collins, Kenny Rodgers and family of Glenwood, Ill., and Barbara Clark of Natchez; six stepchildren, Lutanueal Flowers, Vee Frirley, Doris Frirley, Sarah Frirley, LaKendra Belton and Markita Bradley; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
