NATCHEZ — Services for Mary Ray Whitlock, 49, of Monette, Ark., formerly of Vidalia, who died Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, in Jonesboro, Ark., will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sammy Leisure officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday, both at the funeral home.

Mrs. Whitlock was born Aug. 31, 1966, in Natchez, the daughter of Lawrence Morris Neal Ray and Christine James Ray.

She attended the First Baptist Church in Monette.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Todd Whitlock; one daughter, Jana Estes and husband, Jacob, of Commerce, Texas; five sisters, Pat Tullos and husband, Jimmy, of Mer Rouge, La., Georgie Wood and husband, Billy, of Hattiesburg, Peggy Ray of Natchez, Nelda Smith and husband, Billy, of Lake City, Ark., and Ruby Manchester and husband, Von, of Vidalia; one brother, Freddy Ray and wife, Darlene, of Natchez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Eric Barnes, Joe Wood, Jacob Estes, Jay Hamilton, Wesley Gillon and David Whitlock.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
