NATCHEZ — Services for Earnie Lee Davis, 61, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at his residence, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  

Burial will follow at Hunt Cemetery in Roxie under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the Natchez chapel.

Mr. Davis was born Oct. 21, 1954, in Adams County, the son of Roosevelt and Ethel Hunt Davis.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two grandchildren, Ja’Kira and Ta’Kira Davis; two sisters, Beatrice Smith and Helen Peppers; three brothers, Lee Davis, Julius Davis and Walter Davis; and one brother-in-law, Louis Williams.

Survivors include six daughters, Erica Davis, Jessica Davis, Christine Davis, Ernestine Davis, Kimberly Davis and Ashley Davis, all of Natchez; the mother of his children, Christine Davis; two sisters, Alberta Williams and husband, Herman, and Marie Williams, all of Natchez; one brother, Franklin Davis and wife, Willie, of Colorado; 11 grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
