FRANKLINTON, La. — The Centreville Academy Lady Tigers committed seven errors in a 5-1 loss to the Bowling Green School Lady Buccaneers in an MAIS District 5-AAA game Monday night.

Centreville scored its only run in the top of the second inning to cut the deficit to 2-1 game.

Bowling Green responded with one run in the bottom of the second and two more runs in the bottom of the sixth.

Kaitlynn Devall was the only multiple hitter for the Lady Tigers, going 2-for-3 with a double.

Centreville (2-7, 0-2) travels Monday to Bogalusa, La., to take on district opponent Ben’s Ford Christian School.
