NATCHEZ — Services for Josie Beatrice Jackson, 86, of Natchez, who died Friday, Aug. 19, 2016, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Greater New Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Noble officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Webb/Winfield Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of Pearlie and Margaret Bell Stewart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Nancy Stewart; three sisters, Augustine Stewart, Georgia Baker and Pearlie Lee Stewart; four brothers, Eddie, Lee Andrew, Timothy and William Stewart; and one nephew, Morell Claiborne.

Survivors include her husband, Amos Jackson; four sisters, Jessie King of San Antonio, Texas, Theresa Cain and husband, Luther, Mattie Rose Turner and Peggie Rice, all of Natchez; four brothers, Manson Stewart and wife, Betty, of Atlanta, Horace Stewart and wife, Kathleen, of Monroe, La., Alvin Stewart and Kenny Stewart and wife, Twanny, all of Natchez; and one godson, Derrick Lewis of Natchez.
