NATCHEZ — Memorial services for Mary Louise Ballard, 83, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, will be 11 a.m. today at Washington Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Smith officiating.

Mrs. Ballard was born Aug. 31, 1931, the daughter of O.A. and Louise Burge.

She was retired from Natchez Medical Clinic and a member of Washington Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ballard enjoyed crafting, cooking and sewing. She loved her granddaughters with all of her heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence D. Ballard.

Survivors include one daughter, Allen B. Wallace and husband, Terry; one son, Jim Ballard and wife, Peggy; one sister, Betty Dunlap; one brother, Bill Burge and wife, Carol; three granddaughters, Haley Wallace, Casey Wallace and Whitney Bradford; one great-grandson, Hayes Bradford; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to Washington Baptist Church or to a charity of choice.
