Franklin County will be looking for its first win in 2016 when it hosts North Pike Friday.
The Bulldogs had tough road losses to Brookhaven High and South Pike to start the season.
“They’re really big on defense, and they’re athletic on offense,” Bulldogs head coach Trey Woodard said. “They’re spread (offense), but they spread to run. The key matchup will be which lines play better on both sides of the ball.”
Woodard also said turnovers perhaps could play a big part in Friday’s outcome.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
