VIDALIA — Services for Raylon Quanta “Lon” Hawkins, 29, of Vidalia, who died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2016, in Vidalia, will be noon Saturday at Cornerstone Church in Vidalia with Irma Thomas officiating.  

Burial will follow at the Vidalia City Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Hawkins was born Feb. 25, 1987, in Natchez, the son of Samuel Nolden and Demetrice M. Hawkins.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Johnnie Lee Jackson and Roosevelt Hawkins Sr.; and one brother, Tvyon R. Hawkins.

Survivors include his mother; two sons, Tyler Lyles and Justin Lyles; three sisters, Mykees Hawkins, Demetrice R. Hawkins and Raven Swanson; four brothers, Antonio Hawkins, Rayshon Hawkins, Scott Nolden and James Nolden; and a number of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
