NATCHEZ — Services for Carolyn “Jennie” Brown LaCombe, 76, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, in Franklin County, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Marshall Funeral Home Natchez Chapel.  

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. LaCombe was born Oct. 8, 1939, in Natchez, the daughter of Joseph Irving Brown Sr. and Ora Marlow Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, J.T. Brown Sr. and J.I. Brown Jr.; one grandson, Christian LaCombe; and one son-in-law, Joseph Montgomery.

Survivors include three daughters, Angela Bruce Patterson and husband, Cedric, Ora Walker Montgomery and Nora Walker; one son, James LaCombe; four grandchildren, Kristi Middleton, Nikki Middleton Wilson, Joseph Montgomery and Jonathan Montgomery; one great-grandson, Trae Wilson; and a number of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Montgomery, Jonathan Montgomery, Mike Brown, Bruce Brown, Steven Wilson and Cedric Patterson.
