David Jackson and Kevontaye Caston combined for nearly 300 rushing yards and five touchdowns as the Trinity Episcopal Saints cruised to a 41-6 win over the Glenbrook School Apaches Friday night.
Jackson finished with 157 yard and three touchdowns on just seven carries while Caston had 142 yards and two touchdowns on six carries.
The Saints jumped out to a 28-0 lead before Glenbrook (4-5) scored with eight seconds to go until halftime on a 16-yard pass from Seth Tyler to LeMorris Jackson.
But any momentum the Apaches had going into halftime went away when Jackson scored on a 28-yard run with 9:10 left in the third quarter. Jackson then scored on a 61-yard run early in the fourth quarter.
Dee Fleming intercepted a Tyler pass and took it back 60 yards for a touchdown with 1:09 left until halftime.
Trinity Episcopal (4-5) plays host to WCCA at 7 p.m. Friday.
