The St. Mary’s High School Tigers held on for a 37-20 win over the Block High School Bears in an LHSAA District 3-1A game Friday night.
“We played St. Mary’s probably harder than anyone in our district,” Block head coach Bo Sproles said. “It was a slobberknocker. It was a good game.”
Jacob Duncan had over 100 yards passing and the team had over 100 rushing yards.
“We did everything by committee. It was closer than 37-20,” Sproles said.
