A driver abandoned a vehicle after crashing it into a ditch near a residence on Dunbarton Drive. Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten said the driver was traveling approximately 90 to 100 mph and speeding through traffic lights. Nearby resident Catherine Prince said she has seen drivers attempt to elude police by driving into her neighborhood, but has been afraid to come outside after hearing sirens. “When I finally did there was a number of police officers at the end of my driveway,” she said. “To my shock, there was a vehicle in the ditch.”
