NATCHEZ — Services for Mary Ann Lewis Phillips, 62, of Glenn Heights, Texas, formerly of Natchez, who died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, in Glenn Heights, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Jerusalem Baptist Church on Martin Luther King Road with the Rev. Keith L. Berry officiating.
Burial will follow at Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Lee Lewis and Bertha Lee Skipper Lewis and one brother, Eddie Ray Lewis.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Phillips; one son, Frederick Keyshae Wallace and companion, Demetrice Ellis, of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Shereka LaShuntae Wallace-Berry and husband, the Rev. Keith Berry, of Brandon; seven grandchildren, Asahawnté Wallace, Keith Berry, Marquis Berry, Jarveis Berry, Mariyah Berry, Mia Wallace and Ella Wallace; five sisters, Linda Fay Lewis, Beverly Sue Harris and husband, Clarence, Barbara Ann Lewis and Augustine Thomas, all of Natchez, and Geraldine Gibson and husband, Stanley, of San Jose, Calif.; five brothers, Earl Lee Irving, Terry Lewis and wife, Vanessa, and John Lewis, all of Dallas, Adrain Lewis of Natchez and Charles Paige and wife, Mary, of Vidalia; two aunts, Hattie Skipper and Mattie Skipper Banks; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
