OLDENBURG — Services for Lois Gracie Lehmann, 90, who died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Meadville Convalescent Home with her loving family by her side, will be 11 a.m. today at Greendale United Methodist Church in Oldenburg with the Rev. James Hunsucker and the Rev. Randy Youngblood officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home of Meadville.
Mrs. Lehmann was born March 14, 1927, in Ashland, La., the daughter of Steve and Sally Lee.
She was known for her ability to make friends using her outgoing personality and pleasant smile. She loved to visit with folks, whether she was at a restaurant, the grocery store or at home. She made friends out of many strangers.
Mrs. Gracie had a deep love for her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Lehmann; two sons, Grady Lehmann and infant James Lehmann; one daughter, Sallye Lehmann; one sister, Neva Thomas; five brothers, Marion Lee, Ellis Lee, Dallas Lee, Marvin Lee and George Lee; and one grandson, Christopher Allan Lehmann.
Survivors include one son, Gary Lehmann and wife, Diane, of Oldenburg; one brother, Gahagan Lee of Ashland; one sister, Bessie Robinson of Shreveport, La.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of friends
Pallbearers will be Matthew Scott, Patrick Lehmann, Paul Dunson, Barry Tyson, Jake Hawley and Daryle Buckles.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of Meadville Convalescent Home for their dedicated and compassionate service.
