Benjamin H. Johnson Jr., 31, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. After payment of $150, case will be remanded at request of prosecutor. Completed anger management.

Charles L. Mason, 33, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Both completed anger management online class. After payment of $150, case will be remanded to file at request of prosecutor.

Victor D. McGhee, 42, pleaded guilty to DUI — first offense test refusal. Fine set at $800. Must obey all laws and court orders.
