NATCHEZ — Services for Lucille Smith Brown, 84, of Natchez, who died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Justin Conner Sr. officiating.  
Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brown was the daughter of Sid Smith and Elvira Thomas.
She was employed by Charity Hospital in housekeeping. She was retired.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo W. Brown; her parents; one son, Robert Lee Brown; one sister, Mary Louise Thomas; and godparent, Dunbar Knight.
Survivors include two daughters, Lillie Mae Badon and Dewana Strauder; five sons, Tremayne Smith, Phillip Brown, Charles Brown and wife, Sylvia, Nathaniel Smith and wife, Sandra, and James Edward Smith; and two stepsons, Alonzo T. Brown and Walter Brown
