Tim and Sandra Vanier of Vidalia announce the engagement of their daughter, Faith Elizabeth Lowe to Jesse Todd Allen, son of Michael Allen and Suzy Alexander and husband, Chad, of Hodge, La.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Vidalia High School and is attending Bossier Community College in Bossier City, La.

She is the granddaughter of Cilton and Linda Bonnette and Wanda Vanier and the late Henry Vanier, all of Vidalia.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Haynesville High School in Haynesville, La., and a graduate of Northwest Louisiana Tech College. He is employed by Allen Electric Motor Company in Vivian, La.

He is the grandson of the late Mickey Allen, Charlotte and Todd Simons of Shreveport, La., and Aubrey and Carolyn Guinn of Homer, La.

The wedding will be 5:30 p.m., Saturday, May 27, 2017, at The Gables in Vidalia.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
