CRYSTAL SPRINGS — Services for Royce Rials, 85, who died Friday, May 19, 2017, at his home in Crystal Springs, will be 2 p.m Monday at Stringer Funeral Home in Crystal Springs.

Burial will follow in Gallman under the direction of the funeral home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Royce was born on Aug. 15, 1931, in Georgetown, the son of Silas Rials and Willie Christine Rials.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After the war, he worked in Hazlehurst for Sanderson Farms, before retiring in 1997.

He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a twin sister, Joyce Rials, and one son, Royce Keith Rials.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Elizabeth Rials of Crystal Springs; his adored children, Steve Rials of Wesson, wife Dana, Dana Rials Gunter of Wesson, husband Ricky, Royce Heath “Boo” Rials of Crystal Springs, wife Lisa, Kimberly Rials Braley of Mountain Grove Mo., husband Brett, and Kelly Rials Burke of Crystal Springs; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Katherine Hoggatt of Natchez.
