WATERPROOF — Services for Rosetta Clark, 59, of Waterproof, who died Monday, May 15, 2017, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church in Waterproof with the Rev. Leroy Brown officiating.

Burial will follow at Good Samaritan Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Miss Clark was born Dec. 14, 1957, in Newellton, La., the daughter of Benard and Rosetta Campbell Clark.

She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. She was also a retired teacher’s aide for Tensas Parish School System.

Miss Clark was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Tory Faye Clark; and one brother-in-law, Perry Wiley Sr.

Survivors include two sons, Jamaal Clark of Waterproof and Whitney Clark of Lafayette, La.; three brothers, Harvey Benard Clark and wife, Annie Ruth, of Ferriday, Chuck Clark of Waterproof and Stacy Clark and wife, Sarah, of Ridgecrest; three sisters, Dorothy Wiley and Valerie Clark, both of Waterproof, and Shawnta Clark Ferrow and husband, Andre, of Houston; 11 grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
