NATCHEZ — A mass of Christian burial for Bernice Mae Berdon, 86, of Natchez, who died Monday, May 29, 2017, at Magnolia Village in Natchez, will be 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Basilica with the Rev. David O’Connor officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Miss Berdon was born Dec. 1, 1930, in Natchez, the daughter of A.C. Berdon Jr. and Bernice Smith Berdon.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
