Harry Lee Anderson Jr., 34, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — state failed to properly issue subpoena.

Anthony D. Johnson, 34, charged with simple assault — attempt to create fear. Case dismissed — state failed to properly request subpoena.

John S. McNeely, 44, charged with DUI — other substance. Case dismissed.

Virginia L. Hawkins Hargrave, 62, pleaded guilty to three counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 90 days suspended for one year on each count.

Jackie Lee Sharp, 33, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 60 days with 58 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To spend two days in jail. Banned from Papa John’s Pizza. Fine set at $575. Restitution set at $10.

Alicia Aleyne Willard, 33, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 180 days with 178 days suspended. Fine set at $750 minus $200 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $550.

Alicia Aleyne Willard, 33, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 180 days with 178 days suspended. To spend two days in jail. Fine set at $375.
