NATCHEZ — Services for Isaac “Wanky” Johnson, 62, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Clearmount Baptist Church with the Rev. James Brooks officiating.  

Burial will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Johnson was born Aug. 13, 1954, in Natchez, the son of Jimmie Johnson and Sarah Ross Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Denise Johnson.

Survivors include one sister, Shirley Johnson of Natchez; six brothers, Jimmie Johnson Jr. and wife, Bessie, and Teal Johnson, all of Natchez, Cedric Moore of Vidalia, Donald Johnson of Jackson, Maurice Johnson and wife, Gail, and Luster Johnson and wife, Cathy, all of Atlanta; and a number of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
