STAMPLEY — Services for Carro Lee Anderson Frye, 81, of Natchez, who died Saturday, July 22, 2017, in Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Stampley with the Rev. Lonnie Culbert officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Mrs. Frye was born March 14, 1936, in Stampley, the daughter of Simon Anderson and Beulah Anderson.

She attended high school and was a housewife.

Mrs. Frye was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and served as a member of the choir and had previously served as an usher.

Carro Lee enjoyed fishing, cooking, watching game shows, casinos and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She was preceded by her husband, Jerome Frye; her parents; one daughter, Brenda Frye; five brothers, Ed, James, Joe, Harvey and Leahman Anderson; three sisters, Katie Jackson, Lula Mae Anderson and Geneva Ross; three sisters-in-law, Mildred, Murlee and Mable Anderson; and two brothers-in-law, Felix Jackson and Love Ross.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Louise Frye and Shirley Ann Fitzgerald; one son, Jerry Lee Frye and companion, Deloris; one sister, Beatrice Anderson; one sister-in-law, Bessie Anderson; seven grandchildren, Kenyon Frye, Kimberly Holt, Ronald Fitzgerald II, Danielle Fitzgerald, Brandy Frye, Jeremy Frye and Breanna Frye; 10 great-grandchildren, Nadia, Devon, Nathan, Natalie, Sidney, Zoe, Kayleigh, M.J., Bralah and Dakota; special niece and nephew, Barbara Jackson and Feliz Jackson; and a number of other relatives and friends.
