NATCHEZ — Services for Leonard Joseph Thomas, 65, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017, will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Curtis Funeral Home in Natchez with the Rev. Willie Anderson officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Curtis Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 am. Friday until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Thomas was born June 27, 1952, the son of Alvin Thomas Jr. and Catherine Thomas. He attended college for one year. He was retired and a Baptist. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar.

He is preceded in death by his father; brother Johnnie Thomas; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors include his mother; daughter Andrea Thomas; and son Jimmy Leonard Thomas of Santa Anna, Calif.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
