FAYETTE — Services for Darwin Felton, 43, of Vicksburg, who died Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, at his residence, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Stampley with the Rev. David Hunter Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Sunday at the church.

Mr. Felton was born Aug. 16, 1973, in Fayette, the son of Edward Felton and Hester Hunter.

He was employed by Cappaert Manufacturing Housing. He was Baptist.

Mr. Felton also enjoyed doing plumbing work, watching boxing and being with his fiancée and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his fiancée, Jamila Stribling; stepson, Jay Vionn Stribing; six siblings, Tiffany Brown, Brittany Ford, Derrick Hunter, Patrick Felton, Edward Felton Jr., and Edleka Felton; special aunt, Dora Coleman; and a number of other relatives and friends.
