Natchez Municipal Court

Lejarius McGuire, 27, charged with fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. McGuire also charged with failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Failed to appear. Prior bench warrant for his arrest.

Joshua Williams, 58, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Case dismissed — state unable to prosecute on recommendation of attorney.

Capre Lamar Garner, 21, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Prosecutor recommended case be remanded — co-defendant took blame. Also, prosecutor recommended arrest be expunged.

Lauren Elizabeth Geoghegan, 32, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Prior bench warrant for her arrest. Cash bond set at $200.

James Randell Washington, 53, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. OK’d for community service. Fine set at $450.
