FERRIDAY — Services for Estella L. “Baby Sister” Bloodsaw, 65, of Ferriday, who died Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ambassador Outreach Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Robert Cade officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bloodsaw was born Oct. 30, 1951, in Ferriday, the daughter of Willie and Bertha Washington Lewis.

She was a member of St. Mark Baptist Church in Ferriday.

Mrs. Bloodsaw was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jesse Bloodsaw; and a number of siblings.

Survivors include two daughters, Brandy Davis and husband, Shawn, of Daleville, Ala., and Bridget Lewis her companion, Bennie, of Ferriday; two sisters, Elizabeth Sheppard and Frankie Brown, both of Ferriday; four grandchildren, Jatavia and Bendreka Lewis of Ferriday, Labrijan and Akealis Bloodsaw of Daleville; two great-nieces she raised as her own children, Alicia and Estelliah Green of Ferriday; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
