Mrs. Stanley Blackman Rouprich of Baton Rouge, formerly of Woodville, announces the engagement and upcoming marriage of her daughter, Kathleen Kern Rouprich to Delos Nathaniel Huff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Glynn Huff of Meadville.

The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Mr. Stanley Blackman Rouprich.

She is a graduate of Wilkinson County Training Academy in Woodville and a graduate of Louisiana State University.

She received a bachelor of science degree in psychology from LSU and furthered her education in physician assistant studies at Mississippi College in Clinton where she received a master’s degree.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Ray Neyland Jr. of Baton Rouge and the great-granddaughter of Jefferson Kern and the late Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Michael Rouprich of McDonoghville, La.

The groom-to-be is a graduate Centreville Academy.

His maternal grandparents are Mrs. Maxine Lipsey Strebeck of Monterey, the late Mr. Karl Carter Strebeck, Mrs. Mary Lea Huff of Waynesboro and the late Mr. Glynn Howard Huff, Mr. and Mrs. Walter William Strebeck of Monterey, the late  Mr. and Mrs.  Tillman Vanner Lipsey and the late Mr. and Mrs. Delos Howard Huff of Natchez.

The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at St. John’s Episcopal Church at Laurel Hill, La.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at Hope Hill, the country home of the bride’s family.

The couple will live in Clinton where the bride-to-be is employed by Central Surgical Associates  and the groom-to-be is a salesman for Mississippi Serum Distributors.
