Northwood-Lena (1-4, 1-1) at Block (0-5, 0-1)

JONESVILLE — Block High School returns to district play this week as it hosts Northwood-Lena for its homecoming game at 7 p.m. Friday.

The Bears are still winless this season after falling to Lakeside last week, 41-12. Block quarterback Zorian Bowie passed for 133 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for one score in the loss.

Northwood earned its first win of the season last week when it defeated University Academy, 33-26.
