Wednesday, Oct. 4

Aarin Dantron Stampley charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Prosecutor made motion to dismiss, class taken, cost paid.

Cartrell Harris charged with malicious mischief and disorderly conduct — disturbing the peace (public or peace or others). Motion made be defense attorney to dismiss for lack of prosecution; subpoena never requested on two separate dates.

Clifton Hoggatt pleaded guilty to violation of municipal criminal ordinances — open container. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $350. Hoggatt also charged with simple assault; aggravated assault; domestic violence. Motion to dismiss — victim not present and witness on duly sworn served subpoena not present.

Yasmine Kerrionta Lyles pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — disturbing the peace (public or peace or others). Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $500.

Wednesday, Oct. 11

Alvin Tyrone Anderson found guilty of simple assault – attempt by fear or imminent serious bodily harm. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Ordered to take online anger management for both parties. Fine set at $650.

Marcus Lamar Frye pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Can do community service. Banned from store. Fine set at $550 minus $150 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $400.

Troy Peyton Latham pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. Ordered to online anger management. Okay to do community service. Fine set at $450.

Adrain Richard charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Motion to dismiss made by prosecutor — class and certificate completed. Fee paid.

Trueshala Aya Bostic pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – disturbing the peace (public or peace or others). Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for one day served. Fine set at $475.

Jacq’Laurence Terry Jackson pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — disturbing the peace (public or peace or others). Sentenced to 30 days with 20 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve eight days in jail. Credit given for two days served. Fine set at $200.

Cedric Steven Anderson found guilty of larceny — shoplifting. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $72.00 to be paid to Cash Saver.

Christopher D. Johnson pleaded guilty to improper or expired driver’s license. Fine set at $350.

Neldary Sanchez charged with simple assault — attempt to fear of imminent serious bodily harm. Case dismissed at request of attorney — victim not served.

McKenzie A. Smith found guilty of seat belt violation after testimony of officer. Fine set at $202.
