Natchez — Services for David Lewis, 91, who died Oct. 18, 2017 at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. James P. Fallon officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Natchez.

Mr. Lewis was born Aug. 8, 1926, the son of David and Francis Butler Lewis.

He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army and was a faithful volunteer at the Natchez Stewpot for 26 years.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mrs. DeElla Murray Lewis; children, Jaqueline Hubert, David Tyrone Lewis, Terri Anne Lewis; grandchildren, Ashley Hubert, Clifton Hubert Jr., Bria Lewis, and Alden Lewis; two great-grandchildren, Javelyn and Solara Hubert; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
