NATCHEZ — Services for Dawn Evelyn Bell Thompson, 63, who died at the Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, 2017 at Union Baptist Church in Vidalia with the Rev. Carl Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery with military honors.

She was the daughter of William and Irma Bland Bell and was born in Natchez. She was a retired computer technician for the military and a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army.

Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her parents and a number of siblings.

She is survived by her two sons, William B. Thompson and Malcolm G. Thompson both of Killeen, Texas; two brothers, Melvin Bell and Jerry Bell; one sister, Evang. Eva Banks, all of Vidalia.
