GILBERT, La. — Services for Buddy Ray King, 46, of Sicily Island, who died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kendricks Ferry Pentecostal Church in Gilbert, La. with the Rev. Danny Davis officiating.

Burial will follow at Oakley Cemetery in Gilbert under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Family hour will be from 4 to 5 p.m. today, with visitation beginning at 5 p.m. at the church.

Mr. King was born Sept. 15, 1971, in Ferriday, the son of Melton and Loretta Rae McKee King.

He was a farmer.

Survivors include one daughter, Loretta Mannon and husband, James, of Jena, La.; two brothers, Jimmy Passman of Vicksburg and Robert King of Urania, La.; one sister, Patsy Guin of Arkansas; one aunt, Annie King of Ridgecrest; two grandchildren, Lily and Cooper Mannon of Jena; and a number of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Billy King Jr., Billy King Sr., Samuel Barlow, Cody Goodwin, Johny Free and Michael Mannon.
