VIDALIA — Services for David Thomas Pritchard, 81, of Vidalia, who died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017 at Merit Health Natchez will be 11 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with Don Tate officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. Monday until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Pritchard was born on June 13, 1936 in Wilkinson County, the son of Lucious L. Pritchard and Alberta Day Pritchard. He was a member of Vidalia Church of Christ and was a retired self-employed carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Christine Pritchard, and one granddaughter, Angela Pritchard.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Pritchard of Vidalia; one daughter, Vickie Anderson, and husband, Robert, of Vidalia; two sons, Thomas Wayne Pritchard and wife, Cindy, of Vidalia, and David Gerald Pritchard and wife, Sandi, of Meadville; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Eugene Pritchard and wife, Auline of Woodville; two sisters, Kathleen Walker and husband Edward of Woodville, and Lattimore Beach and husband, Bobby, of Roxie; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Pritchard, Stephen Pritchard, Michael Paul Harrell, Joel Lovelace, Andy Anderson and Hunter Anderson.

Honorary pallbearers will be, Gerald Pritchard and Robert Anderson.
